Bookings can be secured via bank transfer or cheque, or via credit / debit card over the phone.

Payment policy

We accept credit/debit card or cash payments on the day.

Cancellation policy

It is always important to have adequate travel insurance in place, this will cover you in an event of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance. If cancelling within a week of check in one full night will be made non refundable.

Disability policy

If any guests have specific mobility needs this maybe can be catered for if adequate notice is given, please either e mail or telephone for assistance.
